Tackle Post-Conference Goals with a Group of Peers

Dear Friends,

Welcome to the 14th edition of Short & Sweet, a weekly newsletter where I provide brief tips for attorneys to build their brand and book of business, on and off of LinkedIn. Read until the end to see my LinkedIn tip of the week.

There are always expectations of you after you return from a conference. They can range from:

  • Making your experience sound productive to colleagues back at the office.

  • Following up meaningfully with all the people you met at the conference.

  • Generating enough work to justify the thousands of dollars invested in the conference.

  • Justifying attendance at another conference based on your experience at this one.

  • Developing opportunities that originate from the conference like future speaking gigs and leadership roles.

Having the support of your peers in a group program to prep for these inevitable expectations is a gamechanger.

Every attorney deals with similar goals and expectations once they return to the office, so why not work through them together?

What if you could have the accountability and support of a coach and a group to make sure you see results?

If you’re registered for the International Trademark Association (INTA) Annual Meeting this coming May, you can join my Own the Conference group prep and networking program starting on February 26.

There will be 4 group mastermind sessions and 1 individual session, with access to me during the conference, group networking ahead of the conference and during it, and a framework you can take with you to any future conference.

There are only a few spots remaining. Reserve yours today.

Warmest Regards and see you next week,

Jamie
